R150 adabter kit contains

• Adapter plate
• Re-drilled stock Toyota flywheel
• Crank adapter
• Hardware

Customer supplies

• Toyota starter
• Toyota clutch
• Toyota pilot bearing
• V6 Toyota bell housing
• Transmission

Other Toyota transmissions may work as long as you have the correct bell housing for the transmission you are using. If you are using the R151 you’ll need the bell housing from a 3VZE for that transmission.
