SPINDLE REBUILD KIT

This rebuild kit includes upper and lower bearings and races, a new double lip seal and cotter pin for your spindle.

We designed these spindle assemblies in 2001 and are just starting to get reports of bearing failures. The main reason for failure is water entering through the cap or a failed seal.

Since it is a very low speed operation the bearings should never really wear out so be sure to use some kind of sealant when re-installing the top cap and check every few years. We recommend using black RTV silicone when installing the domed cap.
